Manage the project within a tight budget while still including the necessary aspects for a modern firematic facility. Value-engineered the building to incude durable materials and only the essential spaces.
Land Acquisition
Found land in a heavily developed area that was affordable and suitable for firematic response. Developed design that fit needs and saved Owner the cost of purchasing additional parcels.
Site
Design an a site with numerous constraints including a flood plain, utility easement setbacks and other Town and code requirements. Worked closely with consultants to coordinate the designs to take advantage of or avoid the site constraints in a cost-effective manner.
Leadership
Facilitated issues for the Fire Department, Town and Responders to balance needs, budget and schedule.
